CSR Basic Policy
A joint-stock company is incorporated and established as a corporation for the sustainable development of society as a social entity. We believe that first and foremost, being fully aware of our responsibilities is the starting point for CSR. Furthermore, we are a listed company and we have a heavier responsibility than ordinary companies, as we have many investors in the open stock market. We will continuously review and improve our corporate governance to ensure that decision-making by the Board of Directors, business execution based on it, and supervision of the execution of their duties are conducted efficiently. -
Compliance
We will establish a system to foster a corporate culture that complies not only with laws and regulations but also with corporate ethics, including our management philosophy, action guidelines, and internal rules, and that enables us to manage ourselves autonomously.
