Our company was established in 1969 as the first Japan-Soviet joint venture, providing distinctive logistics services. Presently, we have an extensive network worldwide and utilize the "Tandem Global Logistics Network," not only for Japan-originated and destination services. Our specialized logistics coordinators offer global integrated international transportation, tripartite door-to-door transportation, 3PL services, and more on a global scale.
What is the Tandem Global Logistics Network?
In 2007, our company jointly established an international logistics alliance with logistics partners from around the world. Forwarders from more than 75 countries and regions worldwide participate in this alliance, covering transportation services at more than 200 business bases.

In our international logistics services for CIS and Mongolia, which are our special characteristics and strengths, we provide fine-tuned services through our overseas offices, such as the Russian and Mongolian subsidiaries, and the Kazakhstan representative offices. In addition, please entrust us with peace of mind for international transportation to such as CIS countries, Siberian railroads to Mongolia, and integrated transportation using Chinese railroads through our own global network. Furthermore, the company is also carrying out integrated transportation using railways and trucks, which is attracting attention from Japan to Europe as a new means of transportation.
China
Since the opening of our Qingdao representative office in 1995, we have been actively developing our business in China.
In 2011, Azuma Shipping (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary established in Qingdao, expanded its operations in Shanghai and Guangzhou, and handles the overall business in China. Other Chinese locations (Dalian, Beijing, Tianjin, Ningbo, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, etc.) are equipped with Tandem Global Logistics Networks and bases of partner companies to meet increasingly diverse customer needs. We provide high-quality services through staff at each location that is well-versed in operations.
Thailand
We established a Thai subsidiary (SIAM AZUMA MULTI-TRANS CO., LTD.) in 1991 to play a central role in the integrated international transportation business in Southeast Asia.
Tandem Global Logistics Network's Thai base, which offers logistics proposals tailored to customers' needs, not only international shipping but also customs, packing, warehousing and large-scale project transportation services.
Furthermore, to strengthen the land transportation business in Thailand, we established AZUMA TRANSPORT SERVICES(THAILAND)CO., LTD. in 2007, and to date have been engaged in cross-border transportation to various countries in Thailand and Southeast Asia as a specialist in land transportation.
Liquid transpotation
Our characteristic transportation service is the liquid transportation business even in marine container transportation.
We are a major Singapore-based tank operator, and as a Japanese agent for ISO TANK MANAGEMENT PTE LTD(ITM, which owns the largest fleet in Southeast Asia, we are entering full-scale international marine transportation using tank containers.
We have also received high acclaim from the related companies as a Japanese agent of QINGDAO BLT FLEXITANK SOLUTION CO., LTD(BLT Co., Ltd., which has the largest share of the global market for fluid transportation using flexible tanks, which are more convenient and have higher cost performance.

SLB (Siberian Land Bridge)
The Siberian Land Bridge (SLB) refers to an internationally combined, integrated transportation route linking Japan, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, using a combination of Siberian railroads and several transportation modes such as ships and trucks.
This route makes use of the Siberian railroad, which is mainly called Trans-Siberian Railways(TSR), as the core, enabling us to shorten the number of transportation days.
SLB is an option to efficiently transport freight between Asia and Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia by combining land transportation with rail.
CLB (China Land Bridge)
The China-Land Bridge (CLB) is a transportation route that crosses the Eurasian continent starting from China and connects with Europe and Central Asia.
CLB is used in conjunction with several transportation modes, such as railroads and trucks.
Along with Chinese economic development, CLB plays a vital part in promoting international trade and logistics.
This route has advantages such as efficient transportation time and cost reduction by land transportation, and further improvement of stability and traceability compared with sea transportation.
CLB is attracting attention as a key infrastructure for developing a logistics network between China and Europe/Central Asia.

Vessel chartering
Vessel charters are essential for the integrated transportation of project cargo and heavy or large goods that do not fit into containers. To arrange for a suitable ship type from a reliable shipowner under favorable conditions, including the fare, at the planned time of shipment, it is necessary to establish and maintain an excellent network.
